The Epiphone Bully (2001 - 2002) was an SG style electric with a 24.75" scale length bolt-on maple neck. The neck had a slim taper profile and "super-slide" satin finish, rosewood fingerboard and dot inlays topped off with the E-Series Dovewing headstock.

You weren't wrong :) I am always on the hunt for a deal and a project. Today I acquired for free what I believe to be a 2001 or 2002 e-series Bully.

The Best part about this guitar is the price. $140, you cant beat the price. I also like the guitar because it's an SG and i like the SG style. I also loved the action, great action. Basically i got it cause it was a great buy. When i got it i didnt really like the paint. The paint was of high quality but the color sucked.
Epiphone SG Series E Bully 6String
Bought this cheap Epiphone SG bully a couple days ago for $50. How it started vs how it's going!. this guitar is from the short lived "E-series" from Epiphone in 2001. The whole series is kinda quirky. I'm guessing it was a low end line since this sgs body is made from plywood. It cleaned up nicely though.

Apr 30, 2018 #2 I understand your worries, I never heard about that guitar and searched it, turns out I can't find a Bully SG that looks anything like it. I doubt someone would waste efforts into faking a cheap Epiphone, but who knows, besides the weird neck I also feel suspicious about the odd rounded horns and the bevelling on the body.

Common features found on most Epiphone G-Series guitars include a double-cutaway Mahogany body with humbucker pickups and a rosewood fretboard. The G-Series originally consisted of only two guitars, the Epiphone G-310 and Epiphone G-400.

They had hotter pickups and satin finish maple bolt necks and designs that, while based on Gibson prototypes, were all a bit different, excepting the LP (Basher) and SG (Bully) clones.
